Can I ask for a custom order?

Of course! You may see an item you like but want it in different fabric or style. Send me an email and I will work with you to find what you are looking for. My email is dani@beeandme.com.au

Gift Delivery Address

Can I have my order sent to a different address?

You can nominate a different delivery address at checkout if you are purchasing a gift. All items are carefully wrapped in tissue paper.

How do I place an order?

You can order from this website by adding the item to cart that you would like to purchase. If it is a custom order you are enquiring about please email me at dani@beeandme.com.au and I will try my hardest to help with your enquiry.

What payment options do you have?

I accept paypal and direct deposit. All these details will be in checkout.

Shipping and Returns

What are your shipping methods and do you accept returns?

All orders are sent regular post and the utmost care is taken to pack your order. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items in the post. We do not ship overseas at this time. We will accept returns if an item is faulty but do not accept returns for change of mind.

What do you charge to ship items?

Flat rate $6.50

How do I choose registered post?

At checkout there is an insurance box that you can click on and that will add $2.80 to your order and your items will be sent registered post.
